The apartment has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a French sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary accessories, a bathroom with a shower, and a large shaded balcony.

I was born in Rome and grew up right in this apartment, where I lived for many years. I travel whenever I can and have been a guest in bed and breakfasts and private accommodations many times. Together with my brother Massimo, the co-host, we decided to renovate and make this accommodation available to all those who want to immerse themselves in the Roman experience. Lively during the day and peaceful at night, this neighborhood is the perfect starting point to visit the Appian Way, the Historic Center, and the Vatican, thanks to its proximity to the A metro line and some buses. The area offers all services and various restaurants and pizzerias. For sports enthusiasts, the adjacent Caffarella Park, part of the larger Archaeological Park of the Appian Way, allows outdoor activities along historic paths. Moving south, you will come across the Aqueducts Park, and for cinema lovers, the Cinecittà Film Studios, where guided tours are periodically organized.

Guests praise the spacious, very clean and well-equipped apartment, whose family-style furnishings feel charming and homely rather than modern. The neighbourhood is quiet, with shops and a supermarket nearby, and a metro station within walking distance. Hosts are frequently described as welcoming and helpful. Keep in mind that getting to the metro with luggage can feel a little far, especially over cobblestones, and there is no parking.

Staying here really was like being at my grandparents' house. The apartment is beautiful with all the family heirloom pieces yet equipped with everything you need to feel at home. It is a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with many shops close by. The metro station is fairly close, but if you walk there with suitcases it can feel a little far. Especially with the cobblestones! All in all, I had a wonderful stay in a relaxing home. Thanks to the hosts who patiently waited for my late arrival due to many train delays. It was very much appreciated. I highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Rome.

After a few visits made in this "breathtaking" city of Rome, the return to "In Vacanza dai Nonni" was a comfort, as tranquility and silence allowed for total rest to set off the next day towards new discoveries.

In the well-kept apartment. Very clean and organized the only flaw is the lack of parking which for a structure reserved for travelers who move with luggage can be crucial. Otherwise recommended for location and convenience. Kind and helpful staff.
