The area offers all the services you need and there are numerous restaurants and pizzerias within walking distance. Thanks to the metro, you can reach the historic center and the Vatican City in just a few minutes. Moreover, bus line 87 stops right in front of the Colosseum!
If you are sports enthusiasts, the proximity to the Appia Antica Park will allow you to train immersed in history. For cinema lovers, the Cinecittà Studios, where guided tours are regularly organized, can be easily reached with a few metro stops.

I was born in Rome and grew up right in this apartment, where I lived for many years. I travel whenever I can and have been a guest in bed and breakfasts and private accommodations many times. Together with my brother Massimo, the co-host, we decided to renovate and make this accommodation available to all those who want to immerse themselves in the Roman experience. Lively during the day and peaceful at night, this neighborhood is the perfect starting point to visit the Appian Way, the Historic Center, and the Vatican, thanks to its proximity to the A metro line and some buses. The area offers all services and various restaurants and pizzerias. For sports enthusiasts, the adjacent Caffarella Park, part of the larger Archaeological Park of the Appian Way, allows outdoor activities along historic paths. Moving south, you will come across the Aqueducts Park, and for cinema lovers, the Cinecittà Film Studios, where guided tours are periodically organized.

Staying here really was like being at my grandparents' house. The apartment is beautiful with all the family heirloom pieces yet equipped with everything you need to feel at home. It is a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with many shops close by. The metro station is fairly close, but if you walk there with suitcases it can feel a little far. Especially with the cobblestones! All in all, I had a wonderful stay in a relaxing home. Thanks to the hosts who patiently waited for my late arrival due to many train delays. It was very much appreciated. I highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Rome.

In the well-kept apartment. Very clean and organized the only flaw is the lack of parking which for a structure reserved for travelers who move with luggage can be crucial. Otherwise recommended for location and convenience. Kind and helpful staff.
