Welcome to our welcoming accommodation facility, where comfort and tranquility blend with a warm and inclusive atmosphere. Perfect for hosting up to 8 people, we offer 4 spacious rooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for our guests.

Our house, recently renovated, is located in a panoramic and quiet position, ideal for those looking for a relaxing stay. The heating and air conditioning systems are modern and compliant, with double glazing and fans in every room for optimal comfort in every season. The electrical system is also up to standard and equipped with emergency lights and light switches for night safety.

We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property and speak English to facilitate communication with international guests. Our facility is LGBTQIA+ friendly, ensuring a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone.

The rooms, all over 10 m2, are furnished with a combination of period and modern furniture, and have a terrace or balcony, desk, table and chairs. Each room is equipped with television, mirror, luggage rack, children's bed on request, hairdryer, and towels.

Located in the city center, our structure is close to important monuments and archaeological areas, and just 15 minutes from the station. A public transport stop is less than a minute's walk away, making getting around the city extremely convenient.

Our property is ideal for families, business trips, romantic getaways and art and culture enthusiasts, thanks to its proximity to monuments, famous places, gardens and landscapes.

We guarantee room cleaning every three days and offer the possibility of self check-in with advance payment and sending a photo of your face and document. Upon request, we issue receipts and invoices.

The staff were very helpful, especially Elia. The breakfast had a good selection but mainly sweet items. It may be a good idea to leave some protein (ham, cheese) in the fridge and perhaps a small bowl of summer fruits. Thank you.

Salve, ha ragione, lo abbiamo fatto in passato ed ogni tanto lo facciamo, ma la maggior parte delle volte non viene consumata e dobbiamo buttare tutto e non mi piace buttare il cibo. In un albergo le camere sono molte di più ed il consumo c'è, con 4 camere c'è molto spreco. Grazie.

Small room, but we are grateful to the kind lady who welcomed our bulldog. Bed and pillows decidedly comfortable. Excellent location to reach the Auditorium Parco della Musica on foot. Wearing heels and elegant clothes, we comfortably returned on foot in just over 15 minutes. Breakfast with a varied selection of packaged items and an excellent fresh bundt cake. We enjoyed the sweets again on our return. Air conditioner not very noisy.

Buongiorno, il prezzo che ha pagato lo ha visto prima di prenotare, il costo che abbiamo è in linea con i prezzi della zona. Se avesse prenotato in periferia sicuramente il costo sarebbe stato più basso. Non è corretto prenotare al centro di Roma consapevole del costo e poi recensire negativamente. Roma è grande, sono certa che la prossima volta troverà una struttura idonea a lei.

B&B Cimabue is a quiet apartment in a building in the Flaminio district, a stone's throw from the T.A.R. Lazio and also from the Palatennis (as another guest confirmed to me in the morning), and in four minutes on foot you reach Corso Vignola, the area's dining and culinary hub. At the time of booking I could not pay for the stay immediately, but this appears to be an IT problem that is now being resolved. The property and the rooms have been pleasantly renovated. Breakfast is self-service, with prepackaged products, mostly sweet: crispbreads, cereals, various hot drinks and, in the refrigerator, butter, milk, yogurts of different flavors and single-portion jams. Excellent courtesy also at check-out, when, needing another twenty minutes on the computer, I left the room to allow it to be cleaned and was able to stay in the kitchen. Excellent solution, which I will naturally use again if I return to this area of Rome.

Elia is very friendly but not convenient for public transport. Dear Elia, you know well (you told us!) that the tram you mentioned in your response to my review has been canceled due to construction work. In Via Flaminia at the metro stop, there are cars parked on the tracks. You should at least update your website, which we referred to in order to reach your B&B. You saw us, we arrived on foot under the scorching afternoon sun.

Mi dispiace che ha incontrato problemi con i mezzi di trasporto, la zona è servita da un tram che in 5 minuti porta a piazza Del Popolo dove c'è la metro A e tutti i mezzi per tutte le zone. Con i lavori di riqualificazione purtroppo i disagi ci sono, ma sono temporanei.

I came to Rome for work and I had already turned to this establishment last year. Perfect management and attentive to the needs of visitors, always available. Clean and well-equipped room, the area is very quiet and silent. The breakfast is simple but varied, there is a small shared fridge available to store food (each room has its own shelf). I will definitely return and recommend it!

The location near Tram 2 (to Piazza del Popolo) is perfect. Bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Beds are good. The breakfast is OK, but the breakfast space is very small, especially when there are other guests. A few more possibilities for hanging cloths etc. in the bathroom would be fine. In general a pleasant place to stay.

Excellent B&B, especially for those who need to see a show at the Parco della Musica. Furthermore, by traveling along the Flaminia you are a stone's throw from Piazza del Popolo. It is clean, sober, and comfortable. I would return. The prices, unfortunately, are affected by the high prices in Rome in general.

The B&B is located in an alley. If you have any extra needs, the staff is not always present on the premises. The day I left, it was pouring rain and I had to walk to the main street and wait for transportation (the alley is only for resident cars). If you are carrying a medium or large suitcase, it may be a problem. Breakfast is on a help yourself basis. The room was good and quiet.

I stayed one night in this B&B and I felt very well. The place is small, but it has everything and is very comfortable. The rooms and the bathroom are very clean. The kitchen is very nice and has everything you need for breakfast. For me, the location is excellent for going to the auditorium for the Rome Film Festival. I highly recommend it.

I booked a room at B&B Casa Cimabue because I had to attend an event at the Olympic Stadium. Excellent location, 20 minutes walk from the stadium and easily reachable by public transport (bus stop a few meters away). Courteous and helpful owners, they allowed me to leave my things at the property early in the morning even though the room wasn't ready yet. Self-service breakfast, clean and welcoming environment. I will consider it as a reference point if I need accommodation near the stadium again :)

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful time at B&B Casa Cimabue. The hostess is lovely, very friendly and extremely helpful with whatever you need. Located only walking distance from the center, it is a great place for couples to go on walking adventures around the center of Rome. The room was beautiful with cleanliness of a high standard. The rooms are very cozy, quite familiar. Comfortable bed, clean, well-functioning shower and en-suite bathroom which is not at all obvious in a B&B, a godsend. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and uniquely available, really puts you in a good mood. Very abundant and good breakfast, with excellent quality pancakes and cookies. Location not ideal compared to the main characteristic attractions of Rome, but just for the price paid. The only negative note: I found a hair in the towel.

B&B Casa Cimabue is essential and cute, the room is quite comfortable and clean, 20 minutes from the center. One of the managers is not very welcoming regarding pet reception. They say 'small pets allowed' but according to the regulations, they cannot be left alone. However, the lady, at the time of booking, had agreed to let us leave our little dog alone in the room, then during the stay we were not allowed to do so, so this makes us think that the permission was given only to acquire the customer! It would be more honest to write 'no pets allowed'. The structure does not have any particular merits of any kind.

Mi dispiace che dica questo, ho chiaramente detto che come da regolamento non era possibile lasciare in camera il cane da solo, lei mi ha assicurato che stava buono e non avrebbe abbaiato, che era abituato. Io mi sono fidata ma così non è stato. Appena lei è uscita il cane ha iniziato ad abbaiare e sapendo che rientrava molto tardi non potevamo lasciare il cane abbaiare per tutta la serata, non tanto per noi ma per gli altri ospiti. Devo tenere conto di tutti gli ospiti. I pregi sono soggettivi, per esempio noi come persone ne abbiamo abbastanza, come arredamento dipende da quello che cerca, questo è un beb familiare, dove noi ci viviamo. Grazie Patrizia

Great location (Flaminio/Piazza del Popolo), a few minutes walk from Metro A. Room (mine a single) extremely clean, small but perfect for a person who just needs to spend the night. Very kind staff and good breakfast. Recommended!

I was looking for accommodation near the Auditorium Parco della Musica and I was satisfied. Mrs. Patrizia is kind and welcoming, comfortable room. If I had to make a small note, it would concern the self-service breakfast, the only small 'note', but otherwise excellent marks. Well connected to the center, compared to other B&Bs a bit more expensive but I am very satisfied. I will recommend it and, if the opportunity arises, I will gladly return.

Well-kept B&B Casa Cimabue, located on the first floor, clean room with everything you need, normal-sized bathroom with shower and hairdryer, also a balcony. Not too noisy area, I slept peacefully. For breakfast, there are various choices available, including drinks and food. Foro Italico is a 15-minute walk along the Tiber. Helpful and knowledgeable manager. Recommended.

My daughter and I stayed for only one night. But now we will keep this property as a reference point for any future stays. I found it by chance because I needed a B&B near the Auditorium della Musica for a concert, but then we discovered not only the extreme proximity to the center of Rome, but also the courtesy, professionalism, cleanliness, health protection in the attention to anti-Covid regulations, and then wonder of wonders: a breakfast rich in everything that is often not even found in hotels. Thank you.

Clean and cozy environment, very well connected with public transportation. The lady who manages the property is very nice and friendly. The only thing to improve is the breakfast selection.

Mrs. Patrizia was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast plentiful and always available. The location is perfect to easily reach the center of Rome (Piazza del Popolo) either by foot, or with the tram line in just two stops. Very familiar atmosphere, highly recommended.

Dear Patrizia, helpful and friendly, welcoming and patient son. A true B&B, you breathe the air of home and feel welcomed! Excellent value for money and very convenient location, quiet and strategic neighborhood to easily reach important places in Rome by public transport (in my case even on foot, as I was in Rome for a concert at the Auditorium Parco della Musica, also the venue for the annual Cinema Festival). I will definitely come back, highly recommended B&B. Simona (Genova).

Great for a visit to Rome. Near the center, convenient to public transportation. Beautiful and spacious rooms. The breakfast is slightly penalized as there is no dining room but it is consumed in the room. Excellent cleanliness and very kind owner. To be redone.

Excellent B&B. Comfortable, cozy, new and very clean. The landlady is very friendly, cordial and helpful. The B&B area is very private, the breakfast corner is perfect, well cared for and there is something for everyone, from the little ones to the adults. Perfect area, you can easily reach the center by walking for ten minutes.

The landlady is a very friendly, nice, sunny person, she puts you at ease right away, welcoming you with a big smile, the children are polite and the cat is gorgeous. Let's say that even if it's the first time you cross the threshold, you breathe a homely atmosphere. The room assigned to me was, truth be told, quite small, but that was expected, if I had wanted a different accommodation I would have booked a hotel, spending other amounts and, given past experiences, it's not guaranteed that I would have found anything exceptional. Needing just a bed for one night, therefore, the accommodation was more than adequate for my needs. Furthermore, the environment is well-maintained and clean, something that those accustomed to traveling know unfortunately is not always a given. Overall, therefore, my opinion on this B&B is that if I were to visit that area of Rome again, I would definitely consider it. One last thing, not insignificant: the area is very well served by public transport, with the stop for the 2 right below the house.
