Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 21 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 20 to 18 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 15% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 17 to 16 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 15 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 60% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 3 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 1 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 7 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 15.00 € per
oom/accomodation
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs, cats, rodents of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Bowl
- A daily cost of 5 € is due per pet
Other notes
IMPORTANT TO KNOW IN ADVANCE :you will stay in the heart of a medieval village with its pros and cons; the house is not modern; the windows are not soundproofed and not completely darkened so if to sleep you need absolute darkness and silence we advise you to bring with you a mask and earplugs.
Deposit: it is mandatory to pay a deposit 50\150 € depending on the period, to be paid on arrival in cash, which will be returned at the end of the stay if there are no damages.
