Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 21 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 10% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 20 to 8 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 7 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Municipal tax of €5.50 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €15.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility
- Garden
- A daily cost of 1 € is due per pet with a one-time additional cost of 10 € for final cleaning
- Pet damage deposit: 100.00 €

Other notes

It is strictly forbidden to smoke within the premises.
We kindly recommend a conscientious differentiation of your garbage, and delivery to the proper containers in the nearby streets - thank you.
If you are staying for longer than a week, we warmly suggest you ask for someone to clean, to be paid upon check-out, or whenever it best suits you.
When staying one night only, we charge an additional 30 to 50€ - thank you for your understanding.
