Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable up to 4 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs of any size for short periods by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Bowl, cat food
- A one-time additional cost of 25 € for final cleaning
- Pet damage deposit: 100.00 €

Other notes

IMPORTANT: at the time of booking, you have to communicate your arrival time at the B&B.
It's possible, by communicating in advance, leave on deposit your luggage before check-in or after check-out time at no charge.
Late check-in (arrival after 10 PM) has an additional cost of 50 euros.
