Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 21 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Municipal tax of €2.50 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 13 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs, cats of small size (short-haired) by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, with pet passport, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces
- A daily cost of 5 € is due per pet

Other notes

Reservation will require a deposit equal to the first night's stay. The payment must be made within 12 hours via bank transfer and confirmed with the receipt by e- mail or wattsapp number. Contact us through our email or phone numbers to receive the bank account. The remainder of the amount will be paid in cash upon arrival in our beb after your registration data and key collection.
