Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Check-out before 11:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €50.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €50.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 50.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €50.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds
- Garden
- A one-time additional cost of 15 € for final cleaning

Additional change of bathroom linen, if required, will cost € 15.00 per person
Additional bed linen change, if required, will cost € 15.00 per person
