Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.50 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 3 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size for short periods
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces
- Garden
- A daily cost of 5 € is due per pet

Other notes

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
check-in times are from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00.
It is also possible to arrive at any time through the self check-in.

The Levante blu is a villa with a garden, located in the city center and halfway up a staircase.
