Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Municipal tax of €6.00 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 12:00 PM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
Guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs, cats of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces, pets must stay in their own cage or carrier
- A one-time additional cost of 20 € for final cleaning

We will also be available for arrivals after 20:00, we ask only to notify us in time and a small contribution of € 20.00
