Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €5.00 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 2 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €10.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces, pets must stay in their own cage or carrier
- A one-time additional cost of 10 € for final cleaning
- Pet damage deposit: 50.00 €

Other notes

For a better organization of reservations, we ask you to indicate the time of arrival at the structure. We remind you that check in can be done from 2.00 pm to midnight. In case of different times, if your arrival is before 14.00 the structure gives the possibility to enter the room earlier, this service has a cost of 15.00 euros, or gives the possibility to leave the luggage in a secure deposit at the rate 5.00 euros per bag, subject to agreement with the structure.
