Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €4.60 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 20.00 € per oom/accomodation
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy
- Pet damage deposit: 100.00 €

L'Appartamentino ha una entrata indipendente e ciò rende il soggiorno riservato. L'arredamento è moderno e nuovo, con gusto sobrio e pulito. Di modeste dimensioni, ma con tutte le comodità per un piacevole soggiorno. La doccia è di dimensioni "abbondanti", e con un grande soffione, così da potersi rilassare e abbandonare le fatiche del giorno. Inoltre alcuni piccoli gadget di shampoo e bagnoschiuma della ditta Refan, all'insegna dell'Ecogreen, potranno essere provati ed utilizzati. (il negozio s
