Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 10:00 AM
No municipal tax will be charged
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 5 days
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds
- Garden
- Pets stay free of charge

Other notes

Il lunedì il servizio di pulizia camere non verrà effettuato. La colazione è self service quindi l orario è elastico. Per orario di arrivo e partenza possono essere fatte deroghe previo accordo con il gestore. I prezzi delle camere sono da intendersi per una notte, per più notti il prezzo può essere inferiore.
