Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM
No municipal tax will be charged
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €10.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces

Other notes

Pagamento in contanti al check-in o prepagamento con bonifico o carta di credito. In accordo con le politiche di cancellazione sopra esposte, potrà essere richiesto il costo della prima notte da far pervenire con bonifico o carta di credito entro 7 giorni dal check-in. In caso cancellazioni oltre 7 giorni prima del check-in o in caso di mancato arrivo (no show), verrà addebitata una penale pari al costo della prima notte.
