Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM
No municipal tax will be charged
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

*NB: Parcheggio Privato (Gratuito) : Il parcheggio interno è all'aperto, offre un posto auto e un posto moto. In caso di due auto, la precedenza spetta agli ospiti della camera “Grey Room” dato che quest'ultima ha una tariffa maggiore. Si precisa, comunque, che esternamente alla struttura, c’è sempre disponibilità di parcheggio e che non richiede pagamento ed ha orario illimitato.

La tassa di soggiorno è inclusa nel prezzo delle camere.
