Die Gäste können sich auf der Hängematte entspannen oder die Sonne im Solarium genießen, während sie nur wenige Schritte von Ortigia und dem Archäologischen Park von Syrakus entfernt sind.

Das Viertel ist hervorragend ausgestattet: Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung befinden sich ein Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, eine Tankstelle und ein Café. Jeden Tag findet ein Wochenmarkt statt, der perfekt ist, um frische und lokale Produkte zu kaufen. Der Archäologische Park ist in weniger als 2 km erreichbar, während Ortigia etwa 4 km entfernt liegt.
