Cosy open space apartment in a typical Ligurian house in the historic centre of Sestri Levante, 250 metres from the sea - maximum 4 people
IMPORTANT COVID-19
Cancellations due to any government restrictions (e. g. limitations to travel that prevent reaching the apartment, etc.) are penalty-free provided that the cancellations occur within 48 hours from entry into force of the restrictions themselves. Until the health emergency continues, check-in time could be postponed to 5pm in order to have the time necessary to sanitize the apartment between one guest and another.
"La Casa delle Viti", a typical house built in 1903, overlooks one of the characteristic Ligurian alleys of the historic centre, in the pedestrian area and just a few steps from the sea (Baia delle Favole 250 meters - Baia del Silenzio / Portobello 300 meters). Nearby boutiques, restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets. It is the ideal solution for families with small children, couples and groups of friends.
The apartment
Spacious and comfortable 55 sqm open space on the ground floor, divided into living and sleeping areas, fully furnished and equipped.
- 4 beds (king bed + single sofa bed + single extra bed)
- Kitchenette equipped with fridge and electric oven
- Table with chairs, large wardrobes, small bookcase, TV and DVD player
- Bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer
- WIFI internet connection
- Washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner
- Heating, fan
- Double exposure, one of which on the pedestrian street
- French windows on the street equipped with removable darkening wooden panels and shatterproof sandblasted glass.
Accommodation
2 people = king bed; it is possible to prepare two separate beds (king bed + sofa bed) - supplement € 10 per night
3 people = king bed + sofa bed; it is possible to prepare three separate beds - supplement € 10 per night
Separate beds must be requested at the time of booking
Note
- Cleaning of the apartment during your stay is not included; linen is changed every 7 days (on the agreed day our staff will collect the dirty linen and leave the clean one)
- Given the location of "La Casa delle Viti" a short walk from the train station, a car is not essential. For those driving to Sestri Levante, it is possible to reach up to 10 metres from the entrance for easy unloading of luggage; free street parking spaces are available nearby
- The apartment is not suitable for those looking for a quiet solution, as the pedestrian area is a busy area
- Check-in time must be agreed at least 24 hours before arrival; in case of delay, a supplement of € 20 will be required; each guest must have a valid identity document with them (children included)
- In case of key loss, € 50 will be charged

Appartement très bien situé, tranquille au centre du village.
Spacieux mais sombre et un peu vieillot.

The city centre with its pedestrian area is quiet until mid June; then when school holidays start the area is silent during the day and very busy in the evening. The building dates back to 1903. "La Casa delle Viti" has two windows on one side and two big door windows on the other side, with shutters that can be open. If you pass by Sestri Levante again, I would love to host you once more. Posizione strategica all'inizio dell'area pedonale del centro, piccolo appartamento pianoterra, molto pulito, dotato di tutti ma proprio tutti gli accessori necessari (anche l'asciugacapelli!), gestori molto gentili.
Unico neo è che essendo a piano terra con due grandi vetrate che affacciano sulla via è particolarmente esposto dal punto di vista acustico, ma davvero è in posizione molto comoda, a due passi dal mare.

Tutto perfetto, ambiente accogliente e ben distribuito. Ho dato sei alla posizione, perché essendo a pianterreno, con degli infissi vecchi ed ubicato sul corso che porta al centro in zona pedonale, si sentono tutte le voci delle persone che passano, anche se parlano normalmente. Comunque è poi specificato anche sul sito.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti con la nostra bambina di 6 anni. Ci siamo trovati bene. La posizione è centrale vicina sia alla baia del silenzio che delle favole.

Siamo una famiglia di quattro persone e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! La struttura è in una posizione favorevole, in centro e pertanto è davvero comodo per ogni spostamento. Speriamo di poterci tornare in tempi brevi.
