The apartment is located in the center of Venice, near the Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio one of the most typical and charming squares of the city.
In the historical center, near Rialto and other major attractions, is within easy walking distance from the railway station from the bus, or ferry through at Riva de Blasio, located a short walk from the apartment.
The rooms, recently restored, are large (21mq) and are bright with two large windows overlooking a typical street. It can accommodate two or three people in comfort and is equipped with a double bed with the possibility of adding a third bed. A corner with a sofa, also will welcome you for your moments of relaxation.

The apartment is very spacious and convenient with everything you need for a short city trip to beautiful Venice! It is situated very close to the train station and is within easy walking distance to the city center. A supermarket, as well as cafes and restaurants, are nearby. Our host was very nice and helpful! We would definitely return to this apartment in the future. We had a great time.

Spacious and well-maintained apartment. The location is strategic as it is situated in a quiet area and easily reachable from the station (only 10 minutes on foot). Gian Maria, the owner, has always been very helpful, quick to respond, and provide all the necessary information and good advice. Excellent value for money, recommended!

The choice fell on this Bed and Breakfast due to its strategic location near the station, an excellent choice, but even more so for Gian's availability, the owner, who contacted us from the very beginning to agree on our arrival. The apartment, because that's what it is, is spacious and quiet, you feel at home! When we return to Venice, we will return to Gian.
