Additionally, she will recommend nearby restaurants and bars, museums, and special events taking place at the nearby Cascine Park. Good location. Room and bathroom in excellent condition. Only downside: no wifi, but there is a TV.

The room is small, quite bright and quiet, the private bathroom raises its evaluation (functional, without a bidet, with a slightly moldy wall). The structure is not recent, doors and windows are now worn out, however the mattress is comfortable and there is also a mini fridge and a TV in the room. Absolutely to eliminate the fabric headboard of the bed, good the wooden cladding on the wall near the bed. There is no air conditioning, there is a ceiling fan and the mosquito nets sometimes do not perform their task. The accommodation is located a few minutes walk from the T2 line, and about 15 minutes by train from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. There is no elevator, breakfast service is not provided, however on the ground floor of the building there is an excellent pastry shop. The landlady is kind and helpful.

I found myself well, Mrs. Beatrice is very helpful and kind, the accommodation is clean and essential. The place is close to the tram and it's easy to reach the center. The only thing is the heat. Air conditioning would be needed.

Quiet room with convenient parking space. Nearby there is a bar open even at night. Mrs. Beatrice is very kind and helpful.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, in una camera accogliente e con i sufficienti comfort. La posizione della struttura è vicina al centro della città (35 minuti a piedi se avete voglia di passeggiare, 10 minuti col bus altrimenti). La proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. Una bella esperienza da ripetere assolutamente!
