Description
Tourist rental, no breakfast. Distance from the center and the coast: 3 km. From June to September minimum stay 7 days, only from Saturday to Saturday, other periods 2 days.

The Summer Apartment consists of 3 accommodations of about 40 sqm (max 4 people each), on the ground floor of a recently built family house, all with independent entrance, one double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. All have air conditioning and reserved space for outdoor dining. Apartment 3 also has a private garden. The area is a peripheral residential area and is located 3 km from the town center and the beaches of Sirolo and Numana, a car is necessary for transportation. Bed linen and towels are included. Parking is free and always available both on the street and inside the fenced area of the house (only for apartments 2 and 3). Pets are allowed only in apartment 1, the only one with a completely fenced outdoor area for exclusive use.

To reach the beaches of Sirolo, it is necessary to use the car to reach the center and then take advantage of the public shuttle service (for a fee) or walk along a path for about 10 minutes. Alternatively, there is a shuttle bus stop about 300 meters from the house (for a fee), although with few trips both going and returning.

The beaches of nearby Numana can be reached directly by car.

In addition to the sea, it is also the ideal starting point for interesting excursions to nearby towns: in less than 20 minutes by car you can reach Ancona, Castelfidardo, Loreto, Recanati, Offagna, Osimo.

We stayed from August 27th to September 3rd, 2022 in apartment number 3 with a private garden and we had a great time, various services and beaches very close by, Sirolo a few minutes by car. The landlady was very kind and available to meet all our requests, what more can I say... until the next vacation!

The room is perfect, not very large but comfortable and very clean, a perfect bathroom, even though it's far from the center (only small flaw) with a beautiful view from the terrace. The lady who manages it is extraordinarily kind and helpful, I highly recommend this property!

We had a really good time, the apartment is extremely functional (nothing is really missing, from the toaster to the washing machine) and the owner is really kind and helpful. Highly recommended if you want to explore Conero by car!

Beautiful two-bedroom apartment complete with everything, including a washing machine which is very useful on vacation. Located just outside Sirolo and a good point for visiting the surrounding areas. Private parking always available. The only flaw is the lack of air conditioning which is essential on the hottest days. Very kind owner always available for any advice and needs.

I have just spent a pleasant week in this apartment equipped with everything necessary. I didn't appreciate the private garden and parking, the cleanliness, and the mosquito nets on all the windows. Truly comfortable and perfect for a couple or even for 3 people. Also, the owner, Mrs. Paola, who lives on the upper floor, was very kind, hospitable, and always available for everything. Surely if I return to this beautiful area, I will stay again in the Sirolo Summer apartment (no. 3). However, a car is essential.

The B&B Sirolo Summer 3 accommodation fully satisfied our needs for our family of 3 people plus our little dog. The location is among the housing and panoramic excellences of Italy located in the well-known Conero area, in the beautiful Marche region, situated between hills and sea with its splendid crystal-clear waters. Accommodation no. 3 is provided with both a large private garden and a covered veranda, as well as a well-equipped apartment with modern-style furnishings, like the building that is brand new and well-finished. We also thank Mrs. Paola, the owner of the structure, who was very kind in welcoming us explaining the most attractive points of the seaside area to visit and where our little dog could be welcomed on the beach without any problems. Grateful and happy with the choice made in the B&B by choosing precisely the Summer Sirolo 3 accommodation that we highly recommend to all those who wish to go to the Conero area, Marche. We will not fail to return, booking well in advance. Sincere cordiality from the Italo family from Ravenna.

Paola is definitely very caring and attentive, offers a truly complete apartment, very well maintained, practically new, independent, and she is interested just the right amount in how the holiday is going, paying attention to you but without being intrusive. The house is in a secluded position from the more chaotic places, with the small disadvantage that it is necessary to take the car to do almost everything. We had a great time and we thank Paola again for the attention and care even in the details!

The apartment is located in a newly built small villa and therefore it is brand new. Mrs. Paola is very kind and helpful. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, as if you were at home. Absolutely worth trying!

The apartment is brand new and equipped with every comfort, very private with a little garden, very well-kept in details, furnished with everything new and above all very clean. The location is just a few kilometers from Sirolo. My stay was short, but I felt very good. Paola is a very kind, helpful, and very discreet person.

Ho pernottato in questo splendido appartamento per il ponte dell'immacolata. Innanzitutto la proprietaria gentile e disponibile. La casa aveva tutti i confort, non mancava di nulla, c'era tutto nei minimi particolari. Direi quasi meglio di un albergo. Sicuramente ci tornerò per la sua qualità-prezzo.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per un periodo abbastanza lungo. Non fosse stato per la presenza del mare, quasi non mi sarei accorta di non essere a casa. Appartamento pulitissimo ed accogliente, quasi nuovo, dotato di ogni confort anche nei minimi particolari, grazie all'attenzione della proprietaria. Molto carino anche lo spazio esterno, la posizione piacevolmente tranquilla, ma vicina a tutto ciò che può interessare o essere utile. I proprietari gentilissimi ed accoglienti. Sono ammessi i cani e, per me, questa è come la ciliegina sulla torta Da provare.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per l'ospitalità che per il comfort della casa, la posizione della struttura permette di spostarsi agevolmente sia verso la costa e sia all'interno della regione. Bellissime e affascinanti escursioni sul monte Conero e la visita di suggestivi borghi.

Da Paola si respira aria di casa! Siamo stati benissimo! L'appartamento è ben arredato e dispone veramente di tutto. La cucina, oltre a vari elettrodomestici e biancheria, è fornita di tanti condimenti e prodotti per la prima colazione. Il bagno dispone di linea di cortesia ed oltre a creme e saponi si trovano svariati altri prodotti utili. L'ingresso è indipendente con un piccolo cortile e dispone di posto auto coperto; la privacy è assicurata. Paola è discreta e disponibile allo stesso tempo per qualsiasi cosa e in qualsiasi orario. Consigliatissimo!
