Furnished with every comfort, they are located in Via Morandi 2A, a 5-minute walk from the San Donato Milanese Hospital and near the ENI Business Center.

First of all, I would like to thank Massimo, the manager, for his availability and kindness in the welcome. The apartment is very cozy, clean, and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Another strength is the cooker and the supply of pots for quick meals.

Mr. Massimo is a kind and helpful person, the accommodation is in a convenient location with free parking and a supermarket a stone's throw from the building. Bus stops right outside the house. The accommodation is really nice and well-kept. Super comfortable bed. Kitchenette and fridge. Coffee, water, butter, and jams for a good breakfast! Unbeatable quality/price structure. Thanks again for the welcome and friendliness!

Apartment equipped with everything necessary for a stay. Wide range of kitchen utensils, including cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls, pans. Presence of a refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave. They also provided me with bottles of water, jams, biscuits, and sugar sachets, in short, everything you need! Open space with kitchenette, bed, TV, and table. Comfortable bathroom with a very large shower and a balcony. The apartment is located in a quiet area, it is easy to find parking and there is a Carrefour supermarket within walking distance. Wonderful stay! I will definitely return.

Couldn’t recommend this Bed & Breakfast highly enough! The host was lovely and even came to pick us up when we missed the last bus. The room was spacious, modern, and well presented, as well as being very clean and tidy. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to Milan.

Everything perfect. Only flaw, when we arrived at the room after a long journey, there was no water to drink, so we were forced to go buy it at a nearby supermarket. The owner of the mini-apartment was friendly and helpful.

We stayed at La Casa del Sole, which is in a great location to reach the Policlinico di San Donato even on foot in just 5 minutes. The manager is a very kind and helpful person. Surely, if we have to come back, we will contact La Casa del Sole again.

I had to go to the polyclinic. This property is very convenient, 5 minutes walk from the hospital. You can see it from the balcony at home, clean with all the comforts. Mr. Massimo and his son are very kind, I had a great time, we will come back. Thank you.

Essendo il nostro pernottamento funzionale unicamente al ricovero presso il Policlinico San Donato, questa struttura ci ha molto agevolato per la sua posizione a pochi passi dall'Ospedale.
L'appartamento è spazioso, confortevole, fornito di tutto il necessario, ordinato e pulito.

Ho soggiornato assieme a mio marito per una sola notte in questa struttura, che è un intero appartamento situato al primo piano di una palazzina in un complesso condominiale recintato con cancello d'ingresso chiuso sulla strada. È dotata di ingresso con zona pranzo e salottino con divano e TV, 2 stanze da letto (una matrimoniale con TV e armadio capiente e una con due letti singoli), una cucina ben equipaggiata (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, piano cottura, microonde, macchina del caffè), bagno con doccia, terrazzino. Pulitissima, molto curata nei particolari, per esempio con attenzione a raccolta differenziata (secchi distinti e sacchetti previsti a disposizione); lenzuola e biancheria da bagno. Ottimo il riscaldamento. È VICINISSIMO al Policlinico San Donato, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.
Adatto per soggiorni anche lunghi, anche per un'intera famiglia. Vicinissimi negozi, farmacia, giornalaio, bar e altro. Gentilissimo e molto disponibile il gestore Sig. Max, estremamente corretto anche nelle procedure. Nonostante la mia esperienza sia stata molto breve (fortunatamente il ricovero al Policlinico si è risolto rapidamente come previsto), mi sento di consigliare senza ombra di dubbio questa struttura, dove -se dovessi averne bisogno- tornerei sicuramente! Ringrazio e saluto cordialmente il Sig. Max.

Signora, non condivido il suo giudizio sull'arredamento, che è molto più recente del periodo che indica lei. Penso che chiunque possa giudicare attraverso le foto del sito. Per il freddo, a fine settembre non ricordo temperature inferiori ai 22-23 gradi. Il problema poteva esserci nei giorni poco prima della metà di ottobre, dove in qualche giorno di questo pazzo clima le temperatura esterna è scesa di qualche grado. Gli impianti di riscaldamento a Milano non possono essere messi in esercizio prima del 15 ottobre, questo per legge. Dopo questa data la casa è riscaldata mediante i termosifoni. Capisco che non tutti gli ospiti possano essere soddisfatti di quanto messo a loro disposizione, i parametri di giudizio sono soggettivi. Io sono comunque soddisfatto di tutte le precedenti recensioni, che invito i visitatori di questo sito a leggere. Comunque i punti da lei sollevati rappresentano per noi uno stimolo per cercare di dare sempre il meglio possibile ai nostri ospiti.

Abbiamo soggiornato per lungo tempo a San Donato per complicazioni di salute di mia madre sopraggiunte e per fortuna risoltesi per cui abbiamo dovuto più volte cambiare sistemazione durante i 40 giorni di permanenza non avendo potuto prevederlo e quindi pianificare per tempo.
Non dimenticherò la straordinaria disponibilità del signor Max tutte le volte che abbiamo soggiornato nelle sue strutture dotate d tutto quanto necessario per farti sentire come a casa propria.
Assolutamente consigliato in quanto casa Maria è vicinissima al policlinico. Nel confronto con le altre strutture vince per vicinanza, comfort ma soprattutto umanità del proprietario che in contesti di questo tipo costituisce il valore aggiunto per minimizzare situazioni altamente stressanti. Commovente l'accoglienza oltre l' immaginabile, servizio impeccabile sia come pulizia sia per quanto riguarda i comfort dell'appartamento (cucina ben attrezzata, TV LCD, wifi, etc).
Si consiglia soprattutto per coloro che abbiano bisogno di effettuare visite specialistiche presso la Poliambulanza di San Donato M. per la vicinanza.

Devo ringraziare molto per la disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario il Signor Max.
Ho soggiornato a "Casa del Sole" perché "Casa Maria" era già stata prenotata.
La struttura è vicino al Policlinico di San Donato Milanese e vicino all'aeroporto di Linate.
È pulita, tutto nuovo, funzionante e con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
La consiglio e la terrò presente per eventuali altri miei spostamenti.
