Good morning for the gathering of the Alpine troops, we no longer have availability, thank you.
The new house has three spacious double rooms, each with its own bathroom, in an excellent location close to the Santa Maria della Misericordia Civil Hospital, the University Humanities and Science Campus, the Palamostre Theater (swimming pools), and a stone's throw from the historic center.
For more information or special needs, please feel free to call us. We will be at your disposal to meet your requests.
The entrance is independent, kitchen use is only allowed with prior agreement, and small pets are accepted.

We had a great time in this Bed and Breakfast, convenient location with a bus stop very close by and the city center easily reachable with a walk. An added value is the friendliness of the manager. Recommended.

I was lucky, and I emphasize the word lucky, to be able to stay at the b&b of Mr. Lorenzo. There is little to say, very spacious, very clean room, and everything between the bathroom and the bed I found to be extremely comfortable. If we then add the kindness of the host, I would say nothing is missing. Thank you for making my stay in Udine so pleasant. Chiara from Milan.

Everything is so good but in my opinion the price is high for a monospace room. Mr. Lorenzo is a very helpful and kind person, he helped us travel by bus to the Dacia Arena.

The manager is a very kind person. We had a great time. The location of the B&B was a bit out, but if you enjoy walking, you can reach the center of Udine quite quickly.

Close to the city center, within walking distance, in a very busy area. The owner is welcoming, easy-going, and very helpful. If you don't have noise problems, it's recommended. The only downside (probably not for everyone) is the lack of private parking, the car stays on the street. Anyway, I repeat the recommendation, we had a good time as a couple.

The owner is very helpful, friendly, puts you at ease right away. The only note that can be made is a bit noisy due to traffic.

Lovely place and truly exquisite owner to always come back to, and for those who have never been and are looking for a quiet place, this is ideal. Breakfast not provided due to Covid, simply for this reason.

Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. La palazzina mi aveva attirato perché dava l'idea di pulizia e cura. Abbiamo con gioia riscontrato che il B&B è molto curato, pulito; si respira amore.
La posizione è stata per noi vincente, comoda e centrale.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene e faremo del nostro meglio per consigliarlo a più persone possibile.

Il soggiorno è stato breve, ma reso piacevolissimo per l'accoglienza e l'assistenza del proprietario del B&B. L'appartamento è molto attrezzato e confortevole. Colazione super abbondante..non manca proprio nulla! Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione, fermata a pochi passi dal b&b e vicinissimo al centro della città.

Situato in posizione lievemente decentrata ma molto ben collegato col centro dai mezzi pubblici, questa struttura permette un comodo soggiorno. Nelle vicinanze si trova un supermercato (viale Leonardo da Vinci) molto grande ed eventualmente si ha la possibilità dell'uso cucina. La stanza è spaziosa, ben riscaldata e dotata di bagno. Mi son trovata bene e tornerò in una nuova occasione!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Consiglio a tutti di alloggiare alla Gledizia per permanenze a Udine. Una struttura molto accogliente e posizionata in un punto vicino dal centro e per gli spostamenti zona ottimale.

Vi ha soggiornato mia madre, mi diceva sempre di trovarsi benissimo, la struttura è bella e pulita, il personale gentile e riservato e poi si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi dall'ospedale!
