Located a short distance from historical monuments and typical local places, as well as a few minutes from the main commercial areas, Mutina Suites offers the convenience of nearby parking. The main parking areas in the historic center can be reached with a short and pleasant walk.

In addition, all of our apartments are animal-friendly, and we welcome your four-legged friends.

Regarding technological comfort, our property is equipped with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and a self-check-in checkout system to ensure maximum flexibility and privacy.

The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, TV, mirror, and courtesy kit. We provide our guests with a private toilet in each room, free WiFi, heated rooms, a kitchenette, and a minibar. Mutina Suites was born from the dream of two brothers, Alessandro and Riccardo, to offer their guests a pleasant stay in their beloved hometown, Modena (from the Latin Mutina).

The suites, recently renovated and furnished with care, wink at the world of design and are equipped with the best comforts to guarantee a truly special stay.

Self check-in and self check-out ensure our guests the utmost discretion and flexibility, allowing them to access and leave the structure in complete autonomy. Obviously, the Mutina staff will remain at your complete disposal throughout your stay.
