Description

The apartment is located at 800 meters from the Baggiovara HOSPITAL and is composed of a large double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, tumble dryer and hair dryer and of a fully equipped kitchen where you will find a coffee machine, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.

We will welcome you personally on arrival. We will give you helpful tips and information and we will always be at your disposal for the duration of your stay.

On arrival you will find bathrobes, slippers, towels and toiletries, free wifi, TV, air conditioning, heating, books, touristic guides and all the need for a rich continental breakfast (fresh fruit, milk, yogurt, butter, jam, bread, croissants, eggs, ham, cheese, tea and herbal teas).

Since it had high ratings, I booked without hesitation, but unfortunately, perhaps we were unlucky, we found the apartment to be apparently nice and cute, but very dirty and had not been cleaned since the last time, as there were dust residues, crumbs, and even animal kibbles in the bedroom. We had just left our house to move and had to 'move' again to another place after half a day, as the owner, despite my time and effort spent cleaning everything, did not want to lower the price.

La Signora, non ha soggiornato, dopo varie lamentele, doccia fatta , aperto bottiglie d’acqua da cui in seguito non ha bevuto, sporcato un lenzuolo, ha ricevuto la restituzione del l’acconto …. ci vuole coraggio

The structure completely met our expectations. Located on the outskirts of Modena, the city center is just a few minutes away by car. Well-equipped kitchen with essential amenities (microwave, coffee machine with capsules included, toaster, etc). Special thanks to Mrs. Nicoletta for her availability and kindness.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time, clean modern quiet little apartment, located in a good position for those who have to go to the fair in Modena or visit Modena and Maranello. Mrs. Nicoletta is very kind and helpful, she even found some children's books on the bedside table for our little one who liked them very much, I highly recommend.

It's a bed and breakfast, as you can already tell from the guestbook of Mrs. Nicoletta, and it couldn't be more perfect. Unfortunately, I only stayed here for one night due to a competition and I immediately felt at home. The house is very nice, well-kept, and clean. In the kitchen, everything you need for a perfect and self-service breakfast, and in the room, there are also board games and children's toys. What can I say, I was able to relax without thinking about the competition anxiety. Strategic location because it's a stone's throw from the ring road. Mrs. Nicoletta was not just kind, she was more than that! Highly recommended.

We were attracted by the positive comments of the reviews and the photos of the apartment. In reality, the apartment was not clean, dust everywhere and a smell of smoke and closed air. The third bed was uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on. Also, the price charged was higher than the one indicated on the website. A disappointment.
