The apartment is located at 800 meters from the Baggiovara HOSPITAL and is composed of a large double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, tumble dryer and hair dryer and of a fully equipped kitchen where you will find a coffee machine, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.
We will welcome you personally on arrival. We will give you helpful tips and information and we will always be at your disposal for the duration of your stay.

Since it had high ratings, I booked without hesitation, but unfortunately, perhaps we were unlucky, we found the apartment to be apparently nice and cute, but very dirty and had not been cleaned since the last time, as there were dust residues, crumbs, and even animal kibbles in the bedroom. We had just left our house to move and had to 'move' again to another place after half a day, as the owner, despite my time and effort spent cleaning everything, did not want to lower the price.

La Signora, non ha soggiornato, dopo varie lamentele, doccia fatta , aperto bottiglie d’acqua da cui in seguito non ha bevuto, sporcato un lenzuolo, ha ricevuto la restituzione del l’acconto …. ci vuole coraggio

La struttura ha soddisfatto completamente le nostre aspettative. Situata alla periferia di Modena, si raggiunge il centro città in pochi minuti di auto.
Cucina attrezzata e dotata dei comfort essenziali (forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè con capsule comprese, tostapane etc). Un ringraziamento particolare va alla signora Nicoletta per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza.

Abbiamo pernottato 2 notti ci siamo trovati benissimo, appartamentino pulito moderno silenzioso, situato in una buona posizione per chi deve andare alla fiera di Modena o per visitare Modena e Maranello.
La signora Nicoletta è molto gentile e disponibile ci ha fatto trovare anche dei libri per bambini sul comodino alla nostra piccola son piaciuti tantissimo, consiglio vivamente.

È un home and breakfast, come già si nota dal libro degli ospiti della signora Nicoletta, e non c'è niente di più azzeccato. Sono stata qui purtroppo solo una notte per via di un concorso e mi sono sentita subito come a casa. Casa molto carina, ben tenuta, e pulita. In cucina tutto l'occorrente per una colazione perfetta e in autonomia, e in camera anche giochi di società e per bambini. Che dire, ho potuto rilassarmi senza pensare all'ansia del concorso. Posizione strategica perché a pochi passi dalla tangenziale. La signora Nicoletta poi è stata non gentile, di più! Straconsigliato.

Siamo stati attratti dai commenti positivi delle recensioni e dalle foto dell'appartamento.
In realtà l'appartamento si è presentato poco pulito, polvere ovunque e un odore da fumo e chiuso.
Il terzo letto scomodissimo e impossibile dormirci.
Inoltre il prezzo chiesto è stato più alto di quello indicato nel sito. Una delusione.

La padrona di casa è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è nuovo, comodo e soprattutto rilassante.
Veramente un posto carino in cui stare.
