Description
This small and friendly B&b in the historic heart of Rimini owes its name to the beautiful old linden tree that greets guests in the entrance of the structure.

Sonia, the hostess, will greet you with her smile and with a hearty breakfast of homemade cakes.

The B&b is located just steps from the historic center: the sea is easily reached by public transport or taking advantage of safe cycle path in the green.

The fairgrounds and the new convention center are within walking distance.

The B&b offers two rooms: they're both doubles with private bathrooms.

Strategic location for what I needed, 10 minutes walk from the center. The breakfast nothing special but Mrs. Sonia very kind and helpful.

B&B Il Tiglio is not a place I would return to even for free. The room lacked a TV and air conditioning, there was no wardrobe or chest of drawers (I had to keep my clothes in the suitcase for the whole stay). The bathroom had a very small and rather dirty shower. Breakfast was left in a barely cooling fridge to be consumed the following morning. The toilet did not flush properly. The owner blocked the reviews and after staying there, I understood why.

The owner was very kind and caring with us guests. Unfortunately, I found a rather significant lack: the air conditioning was missing.

Bella casa di charme, tranquilla, non lontano dal centro e dal Palacongressi (ci siamo stati per ragioni professionali). La padrona e molo disponibile e gentile. Con la bici a disposizione si va facilmente al mare (a piedi bisogna comunque una mezz'ora). Veramente un bel soggiorno.

Location molto tranquilla sebbene in zona centro, la padrona di casa squisita e molto disponibile. Torneremo e merita la scelta.

Una meraviglia, sono stato al Tiglio per il congresso Scivac 2014 al Palacongressi di Rimini e la posizione è strategica, vicinissimo sia alla stazione, al centro e allo stesso Palacongressi. La villetta un incanto, curata nei minimi particolari, immersa nel verde con però quell'atmosfera di casa e calore che ti fa sentire a casa tua. Rapporto qualità prezzo invidiabile. La cosa più bella è sicuramente la Signora Sonia, proprietaria del bed & breakfast, di una gentilezza disarmante. Una gran padrona di casa, e veramente una bella persona. Io e Thomas, il canuzzo che è venuto con me a Rimini siamo rimasti letteralmente stregati. Lo consiglio davvero di cuore, e spero di avere l'occasione di tornarci in futuro.

Sono stato davvero molto bene. Le bici a disposizione permettono di raggiungere il centro di Rimini ed il mare in pochissimi minuti. Sonia davvero gentile e disponibile. Se sarò di nuovo a Rimini per lavoro di certo chiederò nuovamente disponibilità.
