Clean and affordable, B&B Ospedale Maggiore Parma Affittacamere is just a short walk from Parma's Maggiore Hospital and the historic center. The spacious, bright and comfortable rooms (2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds) are equipped with plasma TVs, air conditioning and free wifi.
The apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator and has recently been renovated. The accommodation is cozy, quiet and well distributed to offer guests adequate privacy.
Given its proximity to the hospital, B&B Ospedale Maggiore Parma is ideal for short or long stays, especially for those who need to visit the hospital for check-ups or treatments, but also for tourism or work.
Guests have access to a large and well-equipped shared kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a comfortable shower and washing machine.

La prima volta che vado in un bed-and-breakfast e sinceramente non lo prenderò più. Non credo che il gestore sappia cosa significhi pulizia, altrimenti richiamerebbe l'agenzia alla quale si appoggia. C'era un mal'odore di cipolle in tutte le stanze. Esperienza da non ripetere assolutamente.

Ecco appunto, mai dare un biscotti agli asini mi diceva mio padre. Se il mio punteggio è di 3 per fortuna altri non la pesano come lei. Non vada in strutture economiche pretendendo servizi 5 stelle. La pulizia per noi è un vanto.

I was a guest at B&B Ospedale Maggiore Parma in my travel journey on the Via Francigena. The place is excellently located in relation to the city and surrounding services; equipped with a livable and well-equipped kitchen as well as a clean and spacious bathroom, except for towels. The room is spacious with two half beds that can be joined together, equipped with a memory foam mattress, which is not ideal but acceptable for one night! The manager is a discreet and professional person. In summary, I rate it as a great experience!

Ideal for a quick stay in Parma. Very neat structure and impeccable cleanliness. Our double room was really spacious with a balcony too. The owner was very kind, managing everything remotely, leaving us in peace.

A fraudster like him has a room and then when he's sick he sends you to another very bad accommodation, the beds creak 100 years old some military ones, the bathroom has a balcony, there are hairs in the bathtub and sink, you arrange the bedding yourself, the room is cold, the glass on the door from the room and the bathroom simply never stays in a B&B like this should be removed from the site.

Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation. Access to the city center is easy (15 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bus), with simple and practical amenities. Easy parking available nearby in the neighborhood.
The reception is very friendly.
The place is shared with other travelers: in 4 nights we met Roman, Brazilian and Danish travelers!

Feeling at home. The room is comfortable, in the area you have everything at your fingertips, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, and it is a stone's throw from the center. I fully recommend it.

Great value for money. The structure is very welcoming, equipped with all the comforts and well maintained, just far enough from the center and very close to the hospital. Strategic position as it is very close to essential shops. Congratulations to the manager Filippo, a very kind and sociable person. Highly recommended.

The room was not the one booked and I was moved to another nearby structure, the shared bathroom was just acceptable. Undoubtedly the cost was very low but an experience not to be repeated. Manager very affable and helpful.

Staying here was a real pleasure, due to the absolutely convenient location for those with commitments at B&B Ospedale Maggiore Parma, but also for those who want to move around with public transport towards the city center. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of a shopping center with Coop, for any kind of need. The property also offers the use of a washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, induction plates and everything that may be needed. In the room, there is a TV, a fan, and a mini fridge. The room is simple but well-furnished, as are the other areas. The value for money is excellent.
