Our B&B is placed in a typical patio, with typical arches, signs of the past brought into the present.

You will a pleasant stay in our patio, where you will have a delicious breakfast and you will enjoy relax.

Our residence is the perfect location for families who want to stay in a home from home, for work and business trips, for a dream vacation in a discreet, romantic setting.

You can bring your four-legged friends along with you.

We are very close to the Beach (Chiaia).

You will reach us easily by bus or on foot from the port (Marina Grande).

Breakfast

Typical Italian sweet breakfast with pastry products, like croassaint, brioche and lingua procidana (puff pastry filled with custard. Cereals, rusks, jam, chocolate cream, butter, yogurt and mini-plumcakes. For drinking, italian coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea and juices. It is also possible to have orange and lemon juice, with our garden fruits, according to seasonality.

Our B&B is in the heart of the little island of Procida.
We are very close to the Chiaia Beach, entering from Via Dei Bagni.
Chiaia Beach is a very nice bay, starting from the highest point of the island, Terra Murata, passing through Marina Corricella and ending on Pizzaco Point.
The bus stop is just in front of our B&B.

The structure as a whole is dated, the room is very large and lacks no comfort. It is a few minutes walk from the spectacular village of Corricella and very close to the lovely Chiaia beach.

My husband and I stayed at the B&B Il Patio for a weekend of celebration and we had a great time! Gennaro is a wonderful person, super kind and helpful, he helped us with the island map, buses and provided information on everything! The property is very close to a beach but it is still easy to move around to visit other places. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

At B&B il Patio you can breathe the air of Procida. The room is cozy, spacious, and clean. Gennaro was very kind and helpful, he waited for us in the evening because we arrived late and gave us advice and directions on how to explore the island. The view from the terrace overlooking the sea is priceless. We will definitely come back.

Gennaro is a lovely person and always available to provide information and suggestions. The B&B il Patio is located in a central area near the beach and convenient to reach all the various parts of the island. The room is very basic and would need some work, as well as the outdoor patio where breakfast is served.

The room is located in a central position on the island and from here it is possible to reach all the beaches and marinas on foot. The room is large and equipped with everything. I also enjoyed the terrace overlooking the sea in the inner garden, which offers a wonderful view and a place of peace. Gennaro was welcoming, very kind and I felt at home. I had a great time and hope to return soon.

Room furnished in a simple but functional way, clean, equipped with fridge, air conditioning, and a new wooden hanger TV. The bathroom might need a little modernization but clean, hot water was not lacking! Breakfast with fresh croissants and brand products! Manager with top marks! I highly recommend it! The B&B is located in a patio, therefore rooms facing the internal courtyard of a small building with a balcony. From the property, you can directly access a garden that leads to a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the Corricella. The owner is very kind and always available at any time. Clean rooms.

Very central B&B, excellent location to reach any place, even by foot, and very clean. What sets it apart from others in the area is the kindness and availability of Gennaro, the owner: a lovely person, always helpful, but never intrusive; he advised us well throughout the stay and made us truly feel at home. I spent 3 nights and 4 days at the property managed by Mr. Gennaro, between kindness and competence in dealing with customers. Great location, quiet building, very cool room (and it was the end of July!) and everything you could want for a short break (even though I was there for work purposes). Highly recommended.

Bed and breakfast situato al centro dell'isola con possibilità di raggiungere a piedi ogni lato di Procida. Gennaro, il gestore del B&B, è veramente una persona molto ospitale. Ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa vedere e dove cenare. ci ha fatto sentire a casa.

Location tipica, rispettosa della tradizione. Stanza pulita, sobria ed essenziale ma al contempo confortevole. Posizione strategica per visitare il cuore dell'isola a piedi. Colazione con cornetti di pasticceria, oltre al valore aggiunto della cordialità e disponibilità del mitico gestore Gennaro a cui va un ringraziamento speciale per le premure ed i consigli che ci ha riservato. Struttura aperta sa un anno, arredi curati. Le stanze si affacciano su un patio dove il gestore, il gentilissimo Gennaro, offre una buona colazione. Gennaro è sempre disponibile a fornire consigli, che si sono rivelati ottimi, e sa accogliere al meglio gli ospiti.

Ho soggiornato al B&B il Patio per tre notti e devo dire che la posizione è ottima perché ti consente di raggiungere tutte le spiagge dell'isola anche a piedi in massimo mezz'ora di cammino il modo migliore per visitarla e conoscerla. Gennaro poi, è molto gentile e disponibile a consigliare ai suoi ospiti le cose da vedere sull'isola e i locali in cui andare a mangiare. Da consigliare.

Siamo ritornati per la seconda volta in questa magica struttura che dire tutto molto positivo, struttura pulita, bella e super centrale, in pochi minuti si raggiunge ogni posto dell'isola. Accoglienza unica che ti fa sentire a casa e colazione da re, da tornare sicuramente per rigenerarsi e lasciarsi coccolare: complimenti!
