The person in charge of the facility is Maria Grazia, assisted by her husband Antonio and their son Lucas.

She is a simple person who enjoys chatting and takes care to make her guests feel comfortable in a familiar environment without being intrusive.

She is passionate about her mountains and has a keen interest in botany.

She has a certification as a Medium Mountain Guide and can therefore provide information on hiking trails, the ethology of animals living in the Park, as well as the history and traditions of the area.

She collaborates with the Park Authority in environmental education programs for school children. In the photo, you can see her in the foreground with her friend Simona on an excursion to the Hermitage of San Bartolomeo in Maiella.

Our town is a small mountain village, with 2500 inhabitants.

The B&B is located in a newly built area, along the Sangro river.

Just cross a little bridge and we are 50m away from the parish church and the historic center.

Our location allows you to leave the car and move around on foot, enjoying a certain tranquility, especially during the peak tourist season.

Just a few steps away from us, there are the entrances to two trails, the A1 and A9, which lead to one of the wildest and most fascinating areas of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park.

Family atmosphere. Clean room. The staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast accompanied by homemade pie and muffins. We asked for advice on what to do in the area and we were well guided. Great experience.

The structure is family-run, very kind and helpful people. Breakfast is homemade by the owner, delicious cakes even for me who is celiac, and the smell of sweets that spreads throughout the structure in the afternoon. Air conditioning and TV are not available.

Very helpful and kind owners. They met every request. Homemade breakfast was truly delicious. The only thing to report is that it didn't seem like there was any water for breakfast, but otherwise everything was really splendid. 10 and praise also to the dog Ebe!

My husband and I stayed for one night at La Dulcamara and it was a very pleasant experience, the place is warm and welcoming just like the B&B manager. Mrs. Maria Grazia was kind and welcoming from the beginning, she gave us various information about the trekking routes we were interested in. The room was clean and warm, the bed comfortable. In the morning, she prepares freshly baked cakes and plenty of coffee for her guests. We will return with great pleasure. Thank you.

If you want to stay in Pescasseroli in the center but in a quiet area, this is the structure for you. Just a few steps from the historic center, but in a very quiet adjacent street. Standard breakfast with the addition of excellent cakes prepared by the hostess.

Structure in a strategic position a few steps from the center of Pescasseroli, cozy but above all very clean rooms. The owner was friendly and generous with suggestions on where to go and what to see. The only downside, if we really want to call it that, is the lack of a TV in the room to kill time during the quiet periods of the day, which, in truth, are very few.

Simple and very nice B&B in a quiet street but close to the center and full of small restaurants. The rooms are small but comfortable and extremely clean. The structure remains secluded in a small side street that makes it quiet and peaceful but close to the town center. \nThe lady Maria very polite welcoming prepared for us wonderful pastries for breakfast and very attentive to those like me with dietary issues.\nThe rooms modest and clean like everything else in the structure. \nThere is no television in the room, but it was not missed.

The Dulcamara is an exceptional Bed & Breakfast: cleanliness, abundant breakfast with delicious homemade pastries, proximity to the center, but above all the availability and kindness of the owners. They were very helpful in suggesting activities to do, they entertained us by talking with us in the evening in front of the fireplace in the breakfast room, all really excellent and beyond our expectations! We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast, just a short walk from the center, for 4 nights from December 29th to January 2nd in room number 1 on the first floor out of two. The room was small with rustic and essential furnishings, the double bed was quite uncomfortable being composed of two single beds with three worn and heavy blankets stacked on top of each other. The bathroom was very small with a shower without a box, but with a curtain that tended to stick to the skin due to steam and water. The hairdryer I had requested was changed the next day without explanations with an outdated and malfunctioning one. Breakfast, served with makeshift cups and jugs, consisted of tea, coffee, milk on request, rusks, single portions of jam/honey/chocolate, a prepackaged croissant heated on the spot, all of poor quality, and a homemade sweet (the only positive note). The buffet was complemented by two bottles of yoga-type fruit juices. In the room, every kind of noise could be heard, not only due to the type of structure but above all because the owners were unable to manage some rude and noisy guests, so we were abruptly woken up by shouts and noise every morning around 7:30. Last but not least, on New Year's Day, after the cleaning, the owner seems to have left the door of my room open, and upon returning to the room around lunchtime, I found the guest of room number 5 sleeping on my bed. Waking up suddenly and in an obvious state of confusion, he justified himself by saying he thought he was in his room upstairs. Shocked by the surreal situation, I immediately called the owner, who could only apologize and change the linens. Despite the owner being a kind person and the room being very clean, my experience was not positive at all; finding a stranger in your room among your personal belongings was a very serious episode.

Splendid welcome, clean and warm rooms, excellent homemade breakfast, perfect location as the city center is within walking distance with a stroller, ideal situation even with a two-year-old child, possibility to stay in the splendid room with sofa, TV and fireplace that makes you feel right at home. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per due giorni con la nostra bambina ed i miei suoceri, e ci siamo trovati non bene, ma benissimo. I gestori sono gentilissimi e molto simpatici, la colazione è molto abbondante e le torte e crostate fatte dalla padrona di casa sono un qualcosa di sublime. Ci ritorneremo presto.

Maria Grazia ed Antonio sono squisiti. Lei è una ex guida, pertanto ci ha illustrato con grande precisione percorsi adatti a noi. La colazione è perfetta e le torte fatte da Maria Grazia sono buonissime. Location buon, unico neo, la difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio. Camera un po' piccola ma accogliente e pulitissima.

B&B carinissimo, caldo e accogliente, a pochissimi passi dal centro. I proprietari sono persone squisite. Dolcissima la signora Maria Grazia, disponibile e gentile il marito Antonio e il figlio Lucas. La colazione è abbondante e ricca, non mancano le deliziose torte fatte dalla signora Maria Grazia. La stanza è accogliente, non manca nulla, sempre molto calda. Rapporto qualità/prezzo senza eguali. Spero di ritornarci al più presto.
