Description
Our family’s villa has been recently renovated. It’s located in a convenient and quiet area at the foot of Pettino’s Mount and it has plenty of fenced space around it, including an internal parking. Several bus lines cover this area and allow our guests to limit the use of their own car.
Nearby there are:
· the Amiternum shopping center (500 m), which offers a variety of shops, a Conad supermarket and free parking;
· the S. Salvatore Hospital (2 km);
· the University of L’Aquila (2 km);
· the Guardia di Finanza School (2 km);
· the Giovanni da Capestrano church (1 km), where perpetual adoration is held.

Communications with the manager took place via WhatsApp. Detailed and exhaustive instructions for accessing the property and behavior. Everything perfect, cleanliness, additional facilities and courtesy. The manager is also very helpful in providing specific information on local logistical services. The only note concerns a certain distance from the city center. Anyway, an excellent stay from every point of view!

Ho prenotato la stanza con molto poco preavviso, ma il gestore è stato molto efficiente nel gestire la situazione e trovare comunque una sistemazione ottimale per entrambi. La struttura è molto bella, silenziosa e tranquilla; le stanze ampie e comode e soprattutto pulitissime. Ci tengo ancora a sottolineare la simpatia, gentilezza e disponibilità del gestore, che si è anche offerto di accompagnarci a destinazione in auto la mattina seguente.
Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare solo 2 giorni in questa struttura e ve la consiglio ad occhi chiusi per diversi motivi:
1) struttura spaziosa, pulita e luminosa
2) struttura ben collegata
3) rapporto qualità prezzo più che onesto
4) il proprietario, Gianluca, una persona squisita: disponibile e reperibile per qualsiasi cosa. Una gentilezza che, ad oggi, pochissimi hanno.
Nel mio caso, è stato un angelo caduto dal cielo.
Se un giorno doveste soggiornare all'Aquila ve lo consiglio assolutissimamente.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte in questo bellissimo B&B. Ambiente elegante stanze spaziose e pulitissime, doccia grandissima e sopratutto struttura nuova, colazione super, accoglienza della titolare Valentina eccellente, insomma davvero soddisfatta e da consigliare.

Consiglio il B&B L'Aquila a chiunque, un posto estremamente confortevole, pulito ed accogliente. Sembra di essere a casa propria anche grazie alla estrema gentilezza di Gianluca.
Situato nei pressi della Scuola sottufficiali GDF è particolarmente comodo anche per chi dovesse trovarsi a L'Aquila per sostenere l'esame d'avvocato.

Per quella che è stata la nostra esperienza, ero in compagnia di mia moglie, il gestore il signor Gianluca è stato molto disponibile e cordiale.
La struttura è accogliente ed è tenuta bene, organizzata all'essenziale ma con oculatezza.
La colazione poi, è stata come trovarsi a casa (è possibile usufruire della cucina e pentolame vario, oltre che della grande caffettiera classica, per prepararsi un buon caffè).
Ci siamo trovati benissimo, penso che se ci dovesse capitare ancora di soggiornare a L'Aquila ci torneremo senza dubbi.
Buon soggiorno a tutti e un saluto al signor Gianluca, con un suggerimento di non abbassare lo standard raggiunto.

Pulitissimo. La doccia di una delle 2 camere è un po' piccola. Ma la tranquillità del posto e la gentilezza del gestore fanno perdonare il piccolo neo. Torneremo sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con la mia fidanzata per la sera di capodanno e, devo dire che ci siamo trovati veramente bene.
Il posto si presenta bene dall'esterno e la posizione è buona, poiché la zona è tranquilla. Entrando si può da subito notare una buona cura degli ambienti che sono caldi, accoglienti, funzionali e ben allestiti.
Il salottino in comune è accogliente, la cucina pulita è ben fornita per la colazione.
Per quanto riguarda le stanze, alcune con bagno interno, si può notare come gli interventi di ristrutturazione (presumo post sisma) abbiano fatto il loro compito. Ottima la pulizia (sia delle camere che dei bagni).
Insomma una struttura completa e accogliente con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ottima per chi cerca un po' di pace e di comfort.
Un plauso, nonché un saluto va al gestore Signor Gian Luka, per la sua gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità.
Spero di avere nuovamente l'occasione di ricapitarci.

Struttura situata in posizione strategica per le mie esigenze. Molto pulita ed accogliente, gestore molto disponibile e gentile come tutto lo staff della struttura.

Il B&B l'Aquila è un posto meraviglioso. è vicinissimo all'università di ingegneria (e se può servire saperlo) anche all'ospedale. Le camere sono calde, confortevoli e pulite, idem i bagni. Il posto in generale è dotato di tutti i comfort. Gian Luka, il gestore, è una persona splendida, disponibile, sorridente, affettuoso, umile che spero di rivedere presto perché, un volta trovato un posto del genere, nel tornare a l'Aquila, non cercherò altri B&B.
