It is a detached house surrounded by a 250 square meter aquatic garden, an organic vegetable garden, and many pets.
The structure is located:
- 700 meters from the University Campus;
- 800 meters from the "San Salvatore" Hospital;
- 1000 meters from the School of the Finance Guard;
- 4 kilometers from the "Villa Letizia" Clinic;
- 20 minutes from the "Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park" and the main ski resorts.
THE BED AND BREAKFAST
It consists of a 60 square meter independent apartment for maximum privacy and tranquility, consisting of a bedroom, private bathroom, and a large living room. Guests have access to a refrigerator, TV, and kitchen upon request. Ample parking available.
BREAKFAST
An automatic machine (unlimited use) is available for the simple and quick preparation of espresso, decaf, cappuccino, ginseng, tea, as well as croissants, snacks, etc. to make guests as independent as possible, without any constraints, as if they were at home.
RATES
The price includes accommodation, use of the private bathroom, breakfast, use of the kitchen (if requested), and free access to the aquatic garden.
THE AQUATIC GARDEN IN SUMMER
You can get lost in a surreal dimension, admire the art of stone and brick, accompanied by the sound of water flowing through the canals creating numerous waterfalls, the scent of flowers, the colors of nature, the animals, and creatures you will encounter along the way.
THE AQUATIC GARDEN IN WINTER
The sound of water, the scent of flowers, and the colors of nature will be replaced by snow and frost. The animals that live in the garden will be more elusive to see. Even in this season, especially at night, you will enter an enchanted, surreal, and extraordinary dimension. In the months of December and January, you can admire "the Nativity Scene in the Garden."

Ho trascorso 2 giorno in questa struttura con la mia famiglia, sono rimasta sorpresa dalla pulizia e dall'ordine. Il giardino è bellissimo, il proprietario molto cortese. Situato a 20 minuti di macchina dalla funivia del Gran sasso, e altri paesini. Bella vacanza!
