It is a welcoming place and meticulously cared for in every detail.

Its new location will allow you to reach the historical center of the city on foot in just a few minutes. With bus stops right outside the house, you can move to every corner of the city, from the various hospital centers to the Polytechnic University of Marche, to the Palaindoor Sports Center, as well as the train station.

With only a 10-minute drive, you can reach the splendid Portonovo Bay and the entire Conero Riviera.

Ringrazio molto il tempo che dedica ogni ospite per dire la sua impressione in quanto al servizio usufruito, Credo e sono convinta che siano un istrumento utile per dare il meglio. Ci sono delle piccole sfumature che molte volte uno non ci pensa tipo : Quando l'ospite mi dice non voglio la colazione , non penso che al ultimo momento cambierà decisione. Il cambio del check in, previsto per le 20:00 ad ultimo momento modificato per le 15:00 mi cambia bruscamente il programma di cosa da fare "prima" del arrivo del ospite. Saluto e Ringrazio.

I felt very good. Mrs. Teresa is a very kind person. Even though the Rayo De Sol facility is more than a 20-minute walk away, it is very clean and full of nice things.

B&B very close to the center of Ancona, we stayed there for 2 nights. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom are really spacious. Abundant breakfast. If I had to go back to Ancona, I would choose it again, we felt at home!

Experience more than positive. Spacious, well-kept and clean room with a large bathroom, good breakfast. The B&B Rayo De Sol is located about 20 minutes walk from the center of Ancona. The owner is very kind and helpful, we felt at home. Absolutely recommended! Giulia and Ginevra.

Hello madam, we are Adele and Rocco, we came at least 5 years ago I believe, looking for work there, to send some resumes we stayed one night at your place and it was all beautiful, your warm welcome and your wise advice. It was like a aunt to us, she said many beautiful things, it was a September day and as we were leaving, having taken our situation to heart, she wished us to find work and realize our dream, to get married and told us that when that happened, only then we should post the review, not before. Well, I graduated and I am in the ranking, my dream is teaching and since then I have done so much to get here, my boyfriend has settled in a nice associated studio here in Foggia, our city, so we haven't come up anymore, and next year we are getting married. To remember her and because I liked the name so much, I registered my boyfriend on the phone with Rayo De Sol because he is my ray of sunshine. I wish you all the best madam and if I ever come by again, I want to come and say hello. A hug. Adele and Rocco. There is no bed and breakfast in Ancona that treats customers as if they were at home. The kindness and cordiality of Mrs. Teresa are impeccable. Surely, if I have the opportunity to go back to Ancona, it will be my favorite bed and breakfast.

Un B&B per chi ama sentirsi a casa anche se in viaggio. Teresa è una donna stupenda, il senso dell'accoglienza e cura dell'ospite in ogni minimo particolare non sono solo un lavoro per lei ma sono parte di lei. Che dire del simpaticissimo Max che ha fatto breccia del mio cuore e del figlio di Teresa, ragazzo simpatico ed educato come non se ne vedono più. La stanza è bellissima, sempre in ordine e molto accogliente. La colazione Teresa la modella in base alle esigenze di ognuno. Per me è diventato un punto di riferimento ogni volta che passo per Ancona.

In una città sconosciuta per me e mia figlia universitaria, Teresa è stata un vero e proprio RAJO DE SOL. Gentilezza, professionalità, ospitalità ma soprattutto umanità. Ho pernottato presso il B&B Rayo de sol per due notti. Che dire? La signora Teresa è una persona fantastica! Mi ha trattata sin dal mio arrivo come fossi una figlia! La struttura è pulita e dista pochi metri da diversi punti strategici di Ancona. La colazione abbondante e il rapporto qualità - prezzo più che ottimo! Io avevo prenotato per tre notti ma per problemi sopraggiunti in seguito son dovuta andar via un giorno prima. Nonostante il poco preavviso la signora Teresa mi ha fatto pagare solo due notti anziché tre! Consiglio vivamente questa struttura! Molto soddisfatta. Grazie Teresa, Gabriele e Max!

Ho soggiornato al B&B Rayo del Sol per andare all'Università delle Marche che si trova proprio di fronte. Massima ospitalità da parte della Signora Teresa, la stanza ben pulita e la colazione eccellente. assolutamente consigliato.

Ho prenotato questa strutture per un collega di fuori che si è trovato molto bene. La signora Teresa è molto cordiale e la struttura è pulita e ben tenuta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Abbiamo soggiorno una settimana e devo dire che l'accoglienza e stata ottima come tutto il resto, colazione pulizia privacy etc. Il gestore Teresa e il figli Samuel sono stati accoglienti e disponibili ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio come se fossimo a casa propria e stata una bellissima esperienza, sicuramente ci torneremo.

Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato presso questa struttura tra il 23 e 24 novembre. La signora Teresa, con il figlio Samuele, sono stati assolutamente gentili e ospitali e per questo li ringraziamo. Alloggiare al B&B Rayo de Sol è stato un po' come essere a casa propria e pertanto noi possiamo dire di esserci sentiti bene e a nostro agio. L'ambiente è molto curato e pulito, ravvivato dalla vivacità del cagnolino Max. La mattina abbiamo trovato una colazione buona e abbondante. Lo consigliamo e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato al B&B Rayo del Sol la notte del 9 e del 10 Ottobre. Massima ospitalità da parte della Signora Teresa e di suo figlio, mi ha aiutata in qualsiasi cosa, massima pulizia in qualsiasi parte della struttura. È ben collegato con il resto della città. Se di ritorno ad Ancona saprò sicuramente dove soggiornare. Meravigliosa la presenza del cucciolo Max. Angela.

Capitati qui per caso in un fuori programma, attirati fin da subito dalla radiosità al telefono della signora Teresa, abbiamo trovato un posto strategico di appoggio per una prossima gita fuori porta al Conero. Sicuramente però il valore aggiunto di questo B&B è la signora Teresa, dolce e accogliente senza risultare invadente. Grazie Teresa per la tua discreta ospitalità.
