This new accommodation, from the sober and essential lines, offers n. 2 triple rooms (double bed + single bed) and two double beds (double bed or 2 single beds on request), rooms are equipped with bathroom and all amenities, as well as common areas: a lounge with LED TV 40 Inch and studio consoles, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony (such as a smoking area). There is also a private parking, right below the house.

The location is in a strategic position for Ancona: 10 minutes drive from the Riviera del Conero, near the city center (bus stop at 10 meters) next to Villa Igea Care House, close to the Naval Selection Center, to the headquarters Of the Istituto Caggiari and toPalaindoor and of the athletics field "Conti".

Great experience. The property has an indoor parking and a private courtyard furnished with tables, chairs, and umbrella. Internally, the building is wisely divided and the 4 rooms are designed to have sufficient space. There is no balcony except the common one for hanging clothes. Mostly, the bathrooms are windowless. The location is not very strategic for the beaches, but in 2 minutes you can reach the nearest supermarket and it's 15 minutes away from any beach you may want to visit around there.

The owner was very punctual, helpful and welcoming, she even recommended a great restaurant for dinner. The room was very clean and comfortable, except for the smell of smoke that the previous occupants had evidently caused. Overall, though, it was a good stay.

Excellent bed and breakfast, Roberta is very friendly and the rooms are renovated and clean. It takes 10 minutes by car to reach the center of Ancona and 15 minutes to the beaches of Vomero. If you wish, you can also go to Numana (about 20 minutes). Suitable for couples, we were very satisfied.

Excellent location both for those without a car as it is well served by public transport, and for those with a car as there is a private parking inside and you can move easily throughout Ancona. Furthermore, the owner is kind and welcoming to the guests, it feels like being at your own home. My rating is Excellent.

Very delightful and welcoming structure, clean and the kitchen is equipped with all the accessories. Great location, 70 m from Villa Igea, the quality-price ratio is excellent (double room 70 euros) Mrs. Roberta is available and always ready to advise you, of a unique kindness. We had a great time.

Wonderful design Bed and Breakfast with spacious and very well furnished room. Easy to reach and with ample parking for those arriving by car. Mrs. Roberta was very kind and very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Correct price. A structure deserving 10 out of 10!

Struttura molto bella, soprattutto nuova e ben tenuta, molto comoda in quanto vicino alla Clinica Villa Igea. Possiede una bella cucina nella quale si può anche cucinare o mangiare qualcosa senza andare sempre al ristorante. Penso che la pulizia (oltre l'arredamento molto bello) sia il suo punto di forza. Roberta, la titolare molto gentile e poco invadente. Che dire, grazie Roberta, nonostante la mia situazione mi sono sentita come a casa.

B&B accogliente e ben arredato. La colazione, seppur molto abbondante, potrebbe essere migliorata con prodotti da forno freschi. Posizione buona ma poco riservata per mancanza di un cancello esterno. Nel complesso una struttura molto buona che consiglio sicuramente.

Gentilissima Roberta, la proprietaria. Eravamo lì per una gara di scherma con un gruppo di atleti ed è stata disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Colazione abbondante. Struttura nuovissima e con un bel salone condiviso con divano grande, tv e scrivania da lavoro.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura per 5 notti. Struttura nuova molto bella, moderna e accogliente. Per la colazione si trova di tutto e la libertà per gli orari è ottimo. Ottima la possibilità di utilizzare la cucina! Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Ho soggiornato per le visite mediche della Marina in quanto il B&B è situato vicino il centro di reclutamento. Signora Roberta molto gentile mi ha aspettato fino a mezzanotte quando sono arrivato, tutto molto pulito e accogliente non potevo che dare un voto alto. Ringrazio ancora la signora Roberta persona affabile e gentile. Colazione inclusa e camere moderne e belle esteticamente dotate di tutti i comfort.

Struttura nuova, bellissima, accogliente e molto curata. Proprio accanto alla casa di cura Villa Igea (le due strutture sono confinanti, più vicino di così è impossibile). Io ci ho soggiornato due notti per assistere una persona ricoverata a Villa Igea e mi sono trovata benissimo. Roberta, la proprietaria, è gentilissima e molto disponibile. La camera è bellissima, grande, coccola. Il bagno ampio e pulito. La zona colazione è un altro punto TOP, la scelta è molto varia e tutto è molto curato. Il prezzo è molto buono rapportato al servizio e qualità che si trovano. Altro punto di forza, il parcheggio privato. Grazie infinite a Roberta, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Per me..straconsigliato !

B&B nuovissimo e dotato di ogni comodità. Silenzioso, finemente arredato, pulitissimo, privo di pecche. Cucina in comune sempre disponibile, pulita e fornita, con possibilità di utilizzare un frigorifero nuovissimo e pulitissimo. Salottino in comune con TV iper accogliente, camere meravigliose, letto comodissimo e lenzuola linde. Bagni al top. Proprietaria serissima, gentilissima e molto ospitale. Sono stata durante le prove scritte dell'esame avvocato 2017 e non potevo chiedere di meglio quanto a pulizia, comodità, tranquillità, flessibilità di orari e funzionalità. Nuovissimo! Ah, Roberta sa perfettamente come coccolare gli ospiti, prevedendo dei gradevolissimi dolci pensierini come mandorle ricoperte di zucchero e torroncini accanto al letto per augurare buone feste! Prezzo ottimo. Dunque, consigliatissimo!

Unico neo è dato dalla dislocazione della struttura, a ridosso di una via discretamente trafficata. Per tutto il resto esprimo il mio personale parere assai positivo: tutto molto grazioso, moderno ed arredato con praticità ed eleganza. La chicca in più determinata dalla Roberta, gestrice affabile, cortese e, almeno per i miei gusti, fisicamente parecchio affascinante.
