Description
Our B&B has been specially designed, renovated and furnished to be a welcoming, elegant, bright and pleasant structure, suitable for resting during business trips, preparing for exams or shopping between outlets and shops. It can also be the ideal place for a romantic getaway on the coast or for a family vacation (including pets, as long as they are well-behaved and respectful of other guests).
Its strategic location (Via Indipendenza) provides our guests with the advantages of the city center (which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot) without its chaos and makes it easily accessible from the train station, A14 motorway (Civitanova Marche-Macerata exit) and SS77 expressway.
Furthermore, the keys we will provide upon arrival will make our guests independent, allowing them to enter and exit freely without time constraints.
The available rooms (including one with a large balcony, the very romantic "Camera Bianca"!) are all equipped with a private bathroom, complete with TV, hairdryer, towels, bath towel, shampoo and daily cleaning.

The B&B is located on Indipendenza Street, and within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the South Promenade and our beautiful beach, as well as the city center (XX Settembre Square, with the Rossini Cinema-Theater) and the main street, full of shops and bars.
It is easily accessible from the A14 Bologna-Bari motorway (exit at Macerata-Civitanova Marche), the SS16 state road, the Val di Chienti 77 expressway and the train station (about ten minutes' walk away).

We stayed for 2 nights, a really convenient place to reach the city center and the sea just a few steps away. Abundant breakfast where you have the embarrassment of choice, the muffins are really good and the chocolate cake made by the owner is delicious, a truly sunny and very nice person. The room was very cute, we rested divinely. We hope to return so much.

Un B&B vicino al centro e al lungomare sud (ci si va a piedi in circa 10’).
Struttura piccola (6 stanze) ma accogliente gestita dalla signora Annalisa che oltre alla “dolcezza” nei modi, sforna anche dolci favolosi ogni giorno.
Muffin, pancake, sbrisolona, torte al cioccolato, frangipane, crostate, torte di mele, tutto questo assagiabile ogni giorno. Insomma se siete a dieta state lontani, altrimenti affrettatevi a prenotare.

Ho soggiornato per motivi di lavoro due settimane presso il B&B. Ottima esperienza considerando la posizione, la pulizia, le dotazioni della struttura e la gentilezza della signora. Degna di nota é sicuramente la ricca colazione a base di dolci realizzati direttamente dalla titolare. L'unica nota non positiva può essere il caldo nelle camere al piano superiore non essendo dotate di climatizzazione ma di ventilatori.

La proprietaria è una persona molto socievole e sempre disponibile alle esigenze dei clienti. La colazione è molto abbondante e i dolci (ottimi) fatti dalla stessa titolare. La struttura è ubicata in una buona posizione e non molto distante dal mare e nei dintorni, camminando anche a piedi, si trova praticamente di tutto.

Camera caldissima e priva di possibilità di rinfrescarsi.
Affaccio su strada ad alta frequentazione.
Proprietaria assente per la maggior parte del tempo.
Per mia esperienza personale giudizio negativo
Aggiungo che con 40 gradi nessuno si è offerto di accompagnarmi alla fermata del pullman che dista 1 minuto di macchina dal B&B, la signora mi ha detto che col mio fisico non avrei avuto problemi.

La proprietaria è una persona sempre disponibile alle esigenze dei clienti e cerca di farli sentire a loro agio, la struttura presenta uno spazio comune dove consumare la colazione ed un angolo cottura dove poter consumare dei pasti, a seconda delle esigenze degli altri ospiti. La colazione è abbondante e con dei dolci fatti dalla stessa titolare (la crostata è buonissima, ma anche i muffin e i biscotti ai cereali).
La mia stanza era dotata di ventilatore al soffitto e di un confortevole letto, oltre a possedere un bel box doccia.
È garantita la pulizia giornaliera della camera. La titolare mette a disposizione dei clienti tutto il materiale turistico per muoversi in Civitanova Marche. Di fronte alla struttura è ubicata una pizzeria con personale gentile e dove è possibile mangiare una buona pizza. Provare per credere, unica pecca è che la struttura dista dalla stazione circa 15 minuti, ma è una passeggiata piacevole.

La proprietaria è persona molto simpatica e disponibile, le camere sono arredate con gusto, la nostra aveva un terrazzo molto bello, fantastica la colazione con tutti i dolci fatti in casa dalla proprietaria.

Annalisa è la proprietaria di questo B&B che frequento da 3 anni. É importante dire quanto sia simpatica e disponibile: sa veramente come rendere il soggiorno piacevole ai suoi visitatori, che sono trattati come a casa loro con un'ospitalità impareggiabile.
La struttura è vicina al mare, al centro e alla stazione ferroviaria.
É arredata con gusto: le camere sono belle e dotate di ogni comfort.
Nelle singole i letti sono a 1 piazza e mezza, tutte con bagno privato.
La privacy è garantita poiché si tratta di una villetta separata con anche una sua cucina utilizzabile.
La colazione merita un capitolo a sè. Annalisa ogni mattina prepara tantissimi dolci squisiti che reinventa sempre, li offre con una ricca prima colazione fatta sul momento.
Da vedere, da gustare, da vivere.
