El edificio, que data del 1600, ha sido completamente renovado, conservando algunos detalles de gran prestigio. El apartamento se encuentra en la última planta con ascensor, en una zona muy tranquila y segura. Todas las tiendas y restaurantes del centro están a la puerta, y el paseo junto al lago está a solo 5 minutos a pie, al igual que las principales atracciones y los medios de transporte (tren, barco).
