The farm is located in Rocca Sant'Angelo di Assisi, a town immersed in the Umbrian countryside that was once placed to guard the valley and the river Chiascio that dominates.

Area hills
The farm is located 10 minutes drive from the historic center of Assisi. The SS75 is easily accessible so as to get in a short time to Spello, Foligno, Spoleto, Trevi and Rasiglia (south side) or Perugia, Gubbio, Todi, Orvieto (north side). About an hour by highway you can enter the A1 to easily reach Florence and Siena and connect with Tuscany and Lazio. The Umbria Airport "S. Francesco d'Assisi" is 13 minutes by car while the train station of Assisi can be reached in about 20 minutes, by car.
