Villa l'Oliveta is located in San Vincenzo on the Tuscan coast, in a slightly hilly area, 1.3 km from the beach. It is surrounded by silver olive trees and cultivated fields, and offers a large apartment for eight people and a one-bedroom apartment with a stunning view that extends from the countryside to the sea.
The Villa l'Oliveta apartment is spread over two levels and offers four large double rooms, each with its own exclusive bathroom, TV, and air conditioning. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed, and for a minimum of one week.
On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, pots, and an oven. The large porch surrounding the house is equipped with a table and chairs for dining or simply enjoying the cool breeze and the view. There is ample parking in front of the Villa within the property.
The property also offers a one-bedroom apartment called "LA SALVIA," which includes a living room with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, and pots, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom with a shower. There is also an opportunity to dine outside under the porch in front of the house with garden table and chairs. Shaded parking is available within the property.

Warning: there are 2 houses! The described panoramic view over the sea is only available in the "Villa", where there is an apartment with 8 beds. All other offers refer to the "Bauernhof", which is located below and has NO VIEW! Everything is very lovingly done and beautiful! But very different from what we expected, being a completely different house: compare the website of the "Bauernhaus": www.poderevaldigori.it Some rooms are very close to the road - the landlady moved us so that it was at least quieter (although still without a view).

Fantastic place to unwind and completely forget about the frenzy of daily life. The owners of Villa l'Oliveta manage with true passion, carrying on the family tradition and adding a touch of originality to the stay (excellent dinner prepared by Francesco based on Breton Galettes!). The villa is surrounded by olive trees and the view from the terrace overlooks the Rimigliano coast up to the gulf of Baratti/Piombino, also including the island of Elba... it's breathtaking!

Cool room, a few minutes from the sea, quiet area, there is parking, the manager, Mrs. Claire, is professional, kind, punctual, and has the right flexibility to satisfy the guests: we will definitely come back.

Villa in a charming location, for those who want to enjoy a vacation in complete relaxation with the sea within reach and the convenience of all services. The only suggestion is to also add mosquito nets on the ground floor. For the rest, a very pleasant stay and to be repeated, we would have stayed longer. Owner available and attentive to the guest's needs. A beautiful place.

The house is located in a panoramic position from which you can enjoy the sea view but also the olive trees all around. It is 1.5 km from the center and therefore much quieter and away from the smog of the main street, but allowing you to reach the sea in a few minutes. The house is well-kept and clean, and having a bathroom for each room guarantees comfort and privacy to the occupants. It is possible to eat outside on a large terrace that allows you to enjoy the beautiful view. Parking space in the house's courtyard. Highly recommended.
