The dishonest host canceled our reservation a week before arrival. He forced us to cancel a reservation we had for 2 months that was non-refundable. He treated us very badly and did not understand our anger at waiting for the trip for months with the confirmed reservation. I do not recommend this place to plan a trip, it is better to go to ByB Rosa, where the treatment was exceptional.

Considering the structure and the price paid (a whopping 137€ for one night, including the tourist tax), I would have expected at least a hearty breakfast… instead, we had to pay for that as well. Positive note the kindness and availability of the good Sergio who also kept our luggage for Sunday. I understand that the date was particular however, at a doubled price, at least receive the breakfast.

Shameful, simply shameful. Dirty walls and walls impregnated with the smell of smoke, we practically had to always keep the window open otherwise it was vomit-inducing. Smelly curtains, and the worst thing is that we were not allowed to check in until 16, an absurd time. We wanted to enter to rest in the room at 13, the maximum time for check-in in any hotel, and instead the owner said that the cleaning lady would only come at 15, 30. Bah, speechless.

Io personalmente avrei fatto così me ne sarei mandato subito , invece nonostante tutto tutti e quattro siete voluti restare chissà perché??? Credo che la tua brutta recensione e' dovuta dal fatto che vi ho rimproverato perché siete scpapati con senza pagare la tassa di soggiorno

The strength of this structure is definitely its proximity to Termini station, in addition to the quality/price ratio. Don't expect a palace, the bathroom is improvable as well as quite small and you need to bring a hairdryer, for the rest everything is ok, the manager is helpful.
