Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 90 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €0.80 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 6 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €25.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €50.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 50.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €50.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

N.B. The apartments of Residence ROMA are not equipped with linen and towels. If the guest requests it, there is a charge
EXTRA ON REQUEST:
- supply of sheets € 9 per person
- supply of toilet towels 5 € per person
- beach service 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds 105 € per week or 16 € per day
- air conditioning costs 40 \ 50 € per week per apartment
