Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

Credit Card Guarantee: You may cancel your booking up to 120 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking
Deposit: The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM
Municipal tax of €2.50 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 1 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 85.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €50.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size for short periods by prior agreement with the host
- Pets may not be left alone at the facility
- A daily cost of 25 € is due per pet
- Pet damage deposit: 150.00 €

Other notes

It is possible to check in late , only on request and depending on availability, until 10.00 pm at a cost of 50 €. after 10 pm no more check-in takes place.
The cost of final cleaning is €50
The cost for your pet friends (small size) is € 20 per day, always on request.
Air conditioning is not included and costs 20€ per day
