Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable up to 3 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 13 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €20.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host
- Pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility
- A daily cost of 5 € is due per pet

Other notes

Vi accogliamo di persona, ma se preferite potremmo lasciare la chiave in una piccola cassaforte che potrete aprire con un codice.
Il check-in è a partire dalle 15, ma siamo sempre felici di consegnarvi anticipatamente la chiave, e la camera se sarà possibile, per questo vi chiediamo di contattarci telefonicamente 1 ora prima dell’ arrivo al 327 9359465 a partire dalle ore 11.00.

Il riassetto della camera viene effettuato giornalmente, se la camera è libera, tra le 10 e le 12.
