Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 60% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax is applicable
Fresh towels every 5 days
Fresh sheets every 5 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 5 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €20.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Other notes
Check-in is free from 15:00 to 17:00, for late check-in a supplement will be required per room booked: from 17:00 to 19:30 euro 5.00; from 19:30 to 22:00 euro 10.00; from 22:00 to 24:00 euro 15.00, from 24:00 to 02:00 euro 30.00.
