Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax of €4.00 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 7 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 45.00 € per
oom/accomodation
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Other notes
Check-in by appointment only from 3.30 pm to 7 pm; none will be there to wait you if you do not comunicate your arrival hour min. 3 days before the arrival date. Late check-in (until max 10 pm) available on request min. 3 days in advance (at the time of reservation; wait for a confermation by email from our Staff) an extrafee could be applied. The deposit for damages is 200 euro (500 euro during Bank holidays, i.g. New Eve, Xmas, Easter etc...).
