Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in time must be agreed in advance
Check-out before 9:30 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 1 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 2 days
Fresh sheets every 4 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €7.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €15.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Other notes

Nella casa ci sono alcune semplici regole ma rigide il loro mancato rispetto può essere motivo di richiesta di dover liberare la struttura:
1) Rispettare le normali regole di convivenza: evitare rumori molesti o peggio ancora discussioni ad alta voce quando si è nella casa.
2) Non disturbare gli altri abitanti del palazzo ove è ubicata la struttura con rumori o schiamazzi. Tenere chiusa la porta della propria camera, indossare abbigliamento adeguato nelle parti comuni, non fumare in casa.
