Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 10 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Municipal tax of €1.20 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 2 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of medium-small size for short periods by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Garden

Other notes

La prenotazione della camera, (soltanto nel mese di agosto) sarà considerata definitiva dopo l'accredito della caparra confirmataria richiesta è nostra conferma scritta.
La caparra dovrà essere versata a mezzo bonifico bancario.

In caso di ritardo, mancato arrivo o partenza anticipata, verrà addebitato l'80% della retta giornaliera fino al termine del soggiorno prenotato.
Se la partenza anticipata non verrà comunicata almeno 48 ore prima, verrà addebitato il 100% della retta giornaliera.
