Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €4.50 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 17 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 6 days
Fresh sheets every 6 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €25.00
Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €25.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of medium-small size for short periods and only at certain times of year by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces
- Garden
- A daily cost of 15 € is due per pet with a one-time additional cost of 20 € for final cleaning
- Pet damage deposit: 100.00 €

LATE CHECK-IN:

Check-in after 19.30 by midnight on arrival day is possible on request.

It must always be agreed in advance with the structure: it involves a cost for the service of 15.00 Euro by 21.00, of 25.00 Euro by 22.30, 35.00 Euro by 23.30 and of 50.00 Euro by 24.00.
