Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 12:00 PM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 15 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 2 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €10.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs of small size (short-haired) for short periods by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Pets stay free of charge

Other notes

Per esigenze organizzative della struttura, solo nei fine settimana (da intendersi, venerdì e sabato) e nei ponti festivi, si richiede una permanenza minima di due notti, non modificabile. Qualora sorgesse la necessità di ridurre la permanenza al solo sabato, la prenotazione (salvo diversamente concordato) dovrà essere cancellata integralmente secondo i suddetti termini applicabili, come di seguito integrati (5 giorni PIENI e LIBERI prima della data di check in).
