Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 1 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €3.00 per person per night is applicable up to 14 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Rooms are cleaned every 5 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pet sleeps in a dedicated space, outside guestrooms., pets may not sleep on beds, pets are not allowed in communal spaces
- A one-time additional cost of 10 € for final cleaning

It's possible to pay the deposit via credit card: we will send you a link to pay the deposit, and you won't need to give us your credit card data.
