Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Municipal tax of €2.50 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 2 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €3.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €3.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 5.00 € per oom/accomodation
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces, pets must stay in their own cage or carrier
- Bowl
- A daily cost of 5 € is due per pet with a one-time additional cost of 10 € for final cleaning
- Pet damage deposit: 50.00 €
