Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Check-out before 9:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable up to 4 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 1 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €10.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms

Other notes

Our apartment is located a short distance from the station, and the manager can offer free transportation from the central station to the accommodation. It is located a few meters from the polyclinic of Bari, the John Paul II Oncological Centre, the Santa Maria Clinic, Anthea Clinic and Villaggio del Fanciullo. Moreover, our location offers guests the possibility to find bus stops to Matera, Alberobello, Grotte di castellana, castel del Monte and other cities.
