Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 20 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in time must be agreed in advance
Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax of €0.80 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 13 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €25.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs of small size for short periods by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Garden, pet bed, bowl
- A daily cost of 10 € is due per pet

Other notes

Room cleaning does not include the kitchen area.
Guests who use the kitchenette, before check-out
  they are requested to leave it in order and clean.
If you want treatment with breakfast, insert it in the booking request.
